Hey New Zealanders, Emily is coming to visit! Join her at The Dust Palace for a live training on biomechanics applied specifically for circus artists and coaches. Here’s the info to attend:

Circus training asks the body to do things few other physical disciplines require — extreme ranges of motion, high loads, and asymmetrical demands, often layered on top of natural hypermobility. Yet many of the biomechanical principles that make training effective and sustainable are rarely taught outside of clinical education.

This session distills the musculoskeletal knowledge a circus medicine physical therapist considers foundational — the concepts that inform how coaches cue, progress, and troubleshoot training.
